SHIPPING

We will ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment and it is in stock. Ordering can take up to 2 weeks, but notification will be sent to you.

You must tell us if you would like your postage to be tracked (which is an extra cost) prior to ordering by simply sending an email to headoffice@boosteducation.com.au

All shipping costs will be confirmed in your invoice which you will recieve from us.

We have a few shipping options with approximate guideline costs:

Within Queensland (under 3kg) = $10.00 (includes packaging)

Within Australia (under 3 kg) = $12.50 (includes packaging)

Within Australia (3-5 kg) = $15.50

RETURNS

All products are NEW and unused resources / programs / text books.

Returns are excepted if the product is faulty. Postage insurance is NOT included in postage cost and is only added if customer requests it and pays prior to ordering product via email.

Boost Education provide a FREE ASSESSMENT to help you select the right resources for your child.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send the product back (at your cost) for a credit note of the product* price (does not include shipment).

*The product must be deemed by Boost Education in NEW condition to receive the full credit note. We will not except any items that have been used (including pencil marks or creases).
